You can thank Hills import James Madden for this blend of direct-pressed organic chardonnay from Mount Compass, and biodynamic verdelho from McLaren Vale. Nothing but old french barriques and time on fine lees, it’s all about texture, acidity, and salinity. The taste of the hills, and a lick of southern sea breeze. Bliss.
