Sassara make natural wines in Veneto, growing traditional varietals that benefit from their proximity to the glacial, mineral-rich Lake Garda. Organic and biodynamic viticulture, wild yeasts. This is a light, effortless red, balancing berry flavours with vegetal notes. This is soft and invigorating, but boy, does it linger with you. Cherries, strawberries, boysenberries. Berry nice.
