Why we love this Wine
Christopher Santini is a French American based in Auxey-Duresses and the ‘The Auxey-Collective’, a 100-year-old winery that has never seen a commercial enzyme or yeast. A gifted winemaker and wine merchant with plenty of connections, the fruit is good, and the ethos is better. This is lifted, pretty, and never lasts long in our glass.
