Samuel’s Gorge have really nailed down that fine category of gutsy, mid-weight reds ideally suited to the food Aussies love to eat. Vibrant, good acidity and silty tannins, 2022 still showing cellaring potential eight plus years while doing plenty right now. Dark forest fruits, cherry and leather make for moody and moreish sipping.
