If there was a classic Aussie red category of anything Sam Vinciullo made, this would be in it. But he can’t be boxed in. No way. With nothing added and nothing taken away, this is just shiraz and cab sav, fermented on skins, unfiltered and unfined, no oak. Inky and deep, long and clean.
