Doily delicate, this fine-boned Pinot Noir from Tamar Valley has tickly tannin and plenty of perfume that will be well served by your best bowl-shaped glassware. Whole-berries from a Pommard clone in the ferment, then spending 9 months in oak. All the qualities you love a cooler climate Pinot for. A little plummy, mostly red fruits. Charmed, we're sure.
