Elegant cool climate wine of restrained power and beauty. Cherry perfume layered with pepper and spice, lean and soft. The pinpoint details and little nuances that show in the Sailor Seeks Horse wines are exactly why they have such a cult following. Beautiful stuff from Paul and Gilli Lipscombe.
