Named for the moon-mad, and it drinks like it. Lunatico is the nocturnal alter ego of Amaro Rubino Bio, made by a small producer tucked into the Lombard Pre-Alps from more than twenty wild, organically grown herbs, local honey and a hit of orange. Honeyed and floral on the nose, it turns sharper and brighter on the palate — restless, a little unpredictable. Bitter, citrusy, slightly feral.
