Why we love this Wine

Pinot Meunier is more often than not associated with it’s part in the grape blend of Champagne but it makes a damn delicious table wine in its own right. Here Matt East from the Rouleur Wine Co makes ther most of Pinot Meunier from Lilydale in the Yarra Valley; 20% whole-bunch and aged in old, seasoned hogsheads. Bright, spacious and blue and red-fruited with hints of exotic spice, macerated strawberries and fields of white flowers. Super nice.
