This Nero d'Avola from Matt East may just be your new BBQ wine. With fruit sourced from the Zerella home block in Maslins Beach, McLaren Vale, this is classically savoury spiced with an umami kick. Wild ferment, no fining or filtration. Expect sweet plum and cherry cola with cranberry, spice and black olive.
