Great Riesling, the eighth wonder. With seven days of skin contact after crushng and a cool ferment in stainless, this is such a statement of why Riesling rocks. Florally aromatic, with lavender and lemons. A slight whiff of reduction keeps things somewhat spicy and unexpected. Rich on the textured palate and a lovely light grip. Saline and somewhat tropical with lovely ripe yellow fruit. Charmed stuff from Strathbogie, VIC.
