Why we love this Wine
Theo Dancer’s new north Maconnais project centres around an established ten hectare Bray region vineyard set on a limestone slope. The cool site is prime for Chardonnay, which Theo has whole bunch pressed, fermenting in seasoned oak and finishing unfiltered. This inaugural release is gorgeously juicy, bold in stone fruit and textural citrus, a little yeast bun and baking spice. A titillating hint at what’s to come.
