Why we love this Wine
A collaboration between sommelier Wiremu Andrews and Rivulet’s Keira O’Brien, taking riesling, chardonnay and skin fermented Siegerrebe – a German wine that made its way to Tasmania in the 1970s for trials on frost tolerant varieties. ‘Le Tang’ says it all, really. This aromatic and textural blend was unfined with gentle filtration to keep the good stuff in.
