Why we love this Wine
The whole Riposte range reads like a weapons locker — Dagger, Scimitar, Katana, and the Stiletto, named for the blade, not the shoe. Tim Knappstein swapped a long Clare Valley career for the cooler Adelaide Hills back in 2006, and this Pinot Gris carries that same sharp, no-nonsense style. This kicks off with nashi pear, white blossom and a touch of ginger spice, finishing clean and quick. Light on its feet, precise where it counts. A neat little jab of a wine. En garde.
