Why we love this Wine
Single vineyard Pinot from Orange, NSW. A red-hot cherry-berry good time. Bright, floral nose of raspberries, ruby grapefruit and cherry blossoms. Green, mushroomy core. The Central Ranges' Patina Vineyard contains both 777 an MV6 clones of Pinot Noir: the 777 was fermented as whole berries in amphora, while the MV6 saw a little longer on the vine, before seeing an open fermenter with 15% whole bunches. This is super solid stuff, triumphant as a first release. Drink now or in the next 5-10.
