Why we love this Wine
Art is subjective and with Bryan Martin (a Clonakilla assistant) as the artist, this is arguably an ‘esoteric’ foray into a Spanish-style blend. But the simple beauty makes it so translatable. A whole-berry ferment, on skins for a bit, pressed into old oak, and unfiltered as per usual. Vamos!
