Why we love this Wine
Whole bunch pressed Viognier, Marsanne and Roussanne….. White Rhone blend Murrumbateman-style from the lovely Bryan Martin at Ravensworth Wines. There’s a wee bit of skin contact + whole bunch in 600l Demi-muids and ceramic eggs before 12 months in a 20hl Stockinger foudre. Textural, slinky and downright awesome and like anything Bryan does, the attention to detail is wonderful.
