Why we love this Wine
Here, winemaker Bryan Martin turns his keen eye to Nebbiolo from the Hilltops wine region. Whole berries are fermented in 1000 oak vats, left on skins for 6 months post-ferment before maturation in large format Stockinger foudre. Red and dark cherry fruits with a flash of purple flowers, herbs, spice and gamey notes…. Long, structured and savoury it is a lovely rendition of this famous Italian grape variety.
