Why we love this Wine
This is the pinot grigio people drink while pondering just how iconic orange wine can be. You never forget your first Sivi. Incredible tannin for mouth-puckering savouriness, and high acidity delivering face-melting freshness. Time on skins and all that jazz, obviously. 18 months on its lees, no added yeasts, enzymes, or sulphur. A not-just-juice wine.
