Why we love this Wine

This wine screams with floral scent. Warming and summery, with orange, apricots and fresh herbs. The first plantings of Ribolla went into Balnarring's organic soil for the first time back in 2018, but it hasn't taken them long to master the style. This wine balances sweet and savoury character beautifully and is crazy more-ish. Ribolla Gialla and maceration on skins are the best of friends, and the wine takes on texture from the interaction. Complex and gives you a bit more.
