Why we love this Wine

A Friuli-inspired blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Friulano and Riesling, picked over some weeks to achieve max deliciousness. So more of a co-fermentation thing. So bright and crisp with pink grapefruit and soft stone fruits, racy long and dry. It’s a Mornington drop gesticulating like a real Italian.
