If you fancy a sensual Cypriot, seek no further. Honey-dripping, rose-water spritz, this white blend is the twin-flame of spicy food, inspired by the transportive wines of Northern Italy. There's lime-juice acidity in its backbone and grassy, vegetal twang. Refreshment in spades, 72% Gewurztraminer, 25% Riesling, 3% Sauvignon Blanc. 100% a good time.
