Why we love this Wine
From a vineyard named Drucá in the commune of Barolo, comes a balanced, pure-of-heart hero. Ferment started off with whole bunches of Nebbiolo for ten days before a gentle foot-stomp, then pressed to finish its ferment in tank and old wood. Barrique-matured 12 mo. It emerges in a cloud of lifted spice and dried flowers, with fresh red fruit and tight tannins. Very limited.
