Take the Scenic Route. An adventure on a road less travelled by Sauvignon Blanc. Where the road diverges, a field of herbs on the left and pink peppercorns to the right. Grapefruit and green mango whip through the windows while we cruise along the pithy path of orange peel and bitters. This Adelaide Hills drop idled in stainless steel and a single French puncheon for months. Almost an amaro. Chewy, pithy and undeniably a good time.
