Why we love this Wine
Whole berry and wild fermented, 100% Cabernet Franc from the Sommerville vineyard in McLaren Vale. Aged in neutral oak on solids, then in concrete on fresh rosé lees. Bursts of dark summer berries, a perfume of soft sage, and a mélange of autumnal herbs flow into a slick of savoury tannins. Soft and seductive.
