99 days on skins they reckon. Don’t be shy. This Viognier from Macclesfield in the Adelaide Hills comes in at just 10% alcohol. Full of flavour but hot damn you could drink this all day. Peaches and apricot flavours, kept restrained with that exotic ginger and spice. There is real complexity here.
