Why we love this Wine
Another small-batch Chardonnay from young Danish winemaker Uffe Daniel. He’s making wine in a tiny ramshackle winery dug into in the side of a hill in McLaren Vale. This time it’s Piccadilly Valley Chardonnay fermented and aged in new French Acacia punchoens for 12 month on full lees. Classy as that sounds, while vibrant and alive too.
