Why we love this Wine
Chardonnay from young Danish winemaker Uffe Daniel, and hardly any made. From Mt Jagged in the south of the Fleurieu Peninsula it has loads of texture. French oak in there holding it all together. A classy feel of apple, vanilla cream, honeycomb, wrapped up in salty brine-like sensations.
