Why we love this Wine
Pool have chosen honey orange for the hue of their first Pinot Gris. Playing on the texturality of the grape, two days oxidation and nine months elevage in seasoned oak brings out green apple and pear, and a dollop of honey from the Kyneton/Taungurung Country grapes. All the guts, none of the adds.
