Why we love this Wine
First things first it’s pronounced ‘pon-thay’. Secondly, it’s a super-delicious rosé (rosado) from the Manchuela wine region in Spain that is made from a blend of the red grape Bobal (90%) and a white grape Albilla (10%). And finally and most importantly, it’s a cracking drink with aromas and flavours of strawberries/raspberries, dried citrus peel and soft spice with a creamy, textural mouthfeel and a brisk, mineral-laden finish that’ll have you reaching for a refill.
