Plaimont sees key producers of South-West France unite, showcasing the region's exceptional terroir and diverse varietals on a global stage. “Pl” for Plaisance, “Ai” for Aignan and “Mont” for Saint Mont. Tannat from the 2023 vintage saw a short maceration and ageing in large format vats, preserving the fruit's delicacy and freshness. A mid-weight sipper, with friendly cherry and raspberry; supple, textural and wickedly easy to put away. No tidal wave of tannin, just a hint of prickly pleasure. Gold star.
