Why we love this Wine
Pierre-Yves has buttered this wine up a little. There's pear and lemon curd and plenty of complexity. Florals, hazelnuts and apples. A lovely subtlety and tangy acidity. It washes over the palate with gentle spice and mouth-filling texture that lingers on and on and on. Striking in every way, and we're feeling it.
