There’s an elegance to this wine that comes in the form of balance. Honeyed stone fruit and a little spice sit soundly alongside brighter flavours of citrus and crisp pear with total grace. Racy acidity is balanced by oak-driven structure. From three premier cru plots within Saint Aubin, this is not just an homage to Pierre-Yves’s grandmother Marguerite, it’s an homage to Burgundy's finest.
