Why we love this Wine
There are some wines we don't have to say much about (but we want to, so we will). Lemon-yellow hues and bursts of white florals. Lively and bright, silky textured and deeply aromatic. Whole bunch pressed, natural yeast ferment, aged on unstirred lees in 350 litre barrels. Unfiltered, but fine as china. Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey is more than just a fancy name, their wines are consistently exceptional. The speshy-est of the special.
