Selected from his own vineyards and growers, this one-of-a-kind rosé is whole-bunch pressed and fermented with natural yeasts. Displaying soft red strawberry fruits, autumn spice, stone, and a hint of butter this has deep complexity. Aged on lees in 350 litre barrels for up to 18 months, this rosé is a true reflection of the renowned producers expertise.
