Why we love this Wine
Pierre-Yves has buttered this wine up a little. There's complexity here, alongside pear and lemon curd. There's still a lovely subtlety. It washes over the palate with gentle spice and mouth-filling texture, cut through by lean acid. 'Haut' meaning high — the fruit grows at 400m altitude. And we're feeling it.
