Why we love this Wine
There are some wines we don't have to say much about (but we want to, so we will). The speshy-est of the special. Citrus city, the big green apple. Whole bunch pressed, natural yeast ferment, aged on unstirred lees in 350 litre barrels. Unfiltered, but fine as china. Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey is more than just a fancy name, his wines are consistently exceptional. Burg-alicious, def.
