Why we love this Wine
Lovely green character here, tender shoots and tendrils. Flirty flint. This is a lean and fresh white that will marry brighter herbal flavours or richer, buttery seafood with total grace. Though 2021 was a vintage with plenty of challenges for vignerons across Burgundy, you wouldn't guess it for a second drinking this wine. PYCM you've done it again.
