Jacquere! Famed for its freshness and lightness, this Alpine-esque organic white from the village of Saint Jeoire Prieuré brings the light with clean-cut green apple, quince, citrus, herbs and fresh cut grass. Six months on fine lees gently rounds out the raciest elements, and proves this young winemaker knows just what he’s doing. A simple grape exalted.
