Why we love this Wine
The wine gets better and better from Patrick Sullivan. This Chardonnay he planted and nurtured on the southern slope of his Bull Swamp Vineyard, farming with William Downie. Stone fruit, rich structure, savoury persistence, high acid and defined texture. Farmed biodynamically and in the process of certification. Very cool vision in a bottle.
