From Patrice Béguet it sounds wacky, but is oh-so-expertly done. A calculated and balanced wine that brings in friends Benoit Landron from the Loire Valley, Claude Ughetto from Mont Vontoux and Domaine Trichon from Bugey. 50% Chardonnay, 20% Grenache Blanc, 20% Melon de B, and 10% Ploussard. Indigenous yeast, low temperatures, stainless steel. One slick party.
