Made with 90% Nero d'Avola and 10% Nerello Mascalese, this stunning red blend includes grapes from 230 year old vines. Not just great pedigree, this is a kick-ass wine. The grapes were destemmed, before macerating one to three days. Fermented and aged in barrel, the result is a darker fruited wine with earthy complexity. Rich but bright, deeply satisfying stuff.
