Why we love this Wine
A translucent garnet glimmer hints at the jewel that is this natty blend. Grown by Fiona Wood in the Vale, de-stemmed and macerated Cabernet, whole bunch Syrah and Chardy juice harmonised at bottle ferment stage. The result? Bright punchy red fruit flies on an acid-tripping magic carpet here, collecting pastries and oranges for brunch. Holy moly, get it before our team knock it all off.
