Cab Franc from the team at Parley? Oh yes, yes please. Sarah, Jocelyn and Mel have light breaking dawn like a sippable epiphany. Two weeks on skins and twice daily pumpovers before six months on lees draws out the fruity best out of this Langhorne Creek fruit. Plum and raspberry progress to beetroot and brambly red and blue fruit. Light and lovely.
