Neutral oak has been used to preserve fresh, primary fruit flavour, while barrel fermentation leaves behind a flinty, slightly spicy side. We get a whiff of struck match and habanero heat on the nose, while the palate offers more tropical fruit and great natural acid. A banger, if we do say so.
