Why we love this Wine
Do yourself a favour – pop this on the table next curry night. With primary fermentation arrested at 15g/L of residual sugar, the fresh acidity is balanced out with an underlying sweetness. Not to mention the vineyard was picked with approximately 3% botrytis levels, giving just an extra nudge of complexity. Sherbet-y, mineral and zesty – that Thai curry loaded with chilli has met its perfect match.
