Why we love this Wine
An absolute crusher of a Chardonnay from Oscar Herman. Well-oaked citrus flavours, honeyed peaches and black tea. The fruit comes from just two sites, 70% from Tibooburra and 30% from Wooga Park, kept lean with just a little fruit flesh on its bones. Great mineral drive and refreshment factor. If you see us chucking in an ice cube, no you didn't.
