Why we love this Wine
Pinot Gris made to be colourful and textural, this comes picked by hand from the Onannon home base in Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula. No additions and no sulphur. It’s layered with flavour and light on acidity, for a balanced wine that lets its chalky tannins through. A tiny spritz back there. So fresh and interesting.
