Equal parts Grenache and Carignan (Mazuelo) go hand in hand in this particularly highbrow Rioja, grown at a particularly high altitude in Cárdenas, Rioja Alta. Clean and classy while grounded by a little smooth cedar, if you’re a fan of red fruit on red fruit, this is a cherry-licious, raspberry-tastic must.
