Why we love this Wine
Even sweeter by the litre, this is bold Barbera from the drier part of Asti. A super fresh supper table wine, smacking of blueberries and slightly sour plums. Olek ferments in concrete tanks and bottles this without fining, and with just a little filtering. A perfect complement to any Italian fare, naturally, but would just as readily play nice with spicy, aromatic Thai food. Fine tannins.
